He is a warm and engaging facilitator who values interactive learning experiences.
This webinar continues as a natural extension of the Part I Webinar. We will explore a series of strategies that helpers can use to engage a person on the cognitive, behavioural, emotional and interpersonal aspects of depression. Emphasis will be placed on separating the person from the problem and the need to get to know each – the person and their experience/relationship with depression. The overall recovery process in the treatment of depression is described and a short series of troubleshooting around “stuckness” is offered.
