RESOURCE MANUAL – Bullying
Bullying represents a crisis not only for individuals, but also within relationships between targets, peers, families, organizations and the larger community. Effective responses to bullying need to address both its impacts and root causes, while holding perpetrators of bullying meaningfully accountable for their actions. This workshop will push beyond attitudes and responses that rely solely on isolation and punishment and move towards more restorative responses. Participants will develop skills to put a stop to bullying behavior while strengthening individuals and groups to prevent future harm. 41 pages.
